March 4, 2014: Fiat India has finally launched the facelift Linea in Indian car market with price tag of Rs. 6.99 lakh (ex-showroom price in New Delhi). The facelift Linea although continues the existing engine configurations in both petrol and diesel guises, but has received various remarkable and noticeable cosmetic changes in both exteriors and interiors. It has been offered in three trims namely Active, Dynamic and Emotion versions.

The major changes offered in facelift version have been made on the exteriors and interiors of the sedan and it continues the same existing engine configuration of 1.2 litre T-Jet petrol engine followed by 1.3 litre advanced Multi-Jet engine.

Fiat unveils facelift Linea during Indian Auto Expo

February 5, 2014: Italian car maker today started it journey in Indian Auto Expo by unveiling the facelift version of its saloon sedan Linea in Indian Auto Expo today. The facelift Linea is now unveiled with few cosmetic changes continuing the same engine configuration of 1.2-litre T-Jet petrol and a 1.3-litre Advanced Multi-Jet engine as available in outgoing version of Linea.

10 June, 2013: Fiat India has re-launched the Linea T-Jet in domestic market today at a starting price of Rs 7.60 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi). It comes powered with a 1.4L turbocharged petrol engine that churns out peak power of 114 PS and max torque of 207 Nm. The 2013 Linea T-Jet promises to offer lass leading levels of performance along with a fuel efficiency of 15.7 kmpl. The company has offered next generation version of the sedan with a warranty of 3 years/1,00,000 kms. The new Linea T-Jet sedan has been made available in three variants like Active, Dynamic and Emotion. It is available in a total of five colours- New Pearl White, Tuscan White, Oceanic Blue, Minimal Grey and Hip Hop Black. The new Linea T-Jet is reported a tough competitor of Hyundai Verna, Skoda Rapid, Honda City and Ford Fiesta.
