Generation Next Ford Aspire Launched With The Price Tag Of Rs. 5.5 lakh

October 4, 2018: As reported earlier, the Ford India has launched the generation next Aspire in the Indian car market with the starting price of Rs. 5.5 lakh (ex-showroom price, New Delhi). In its new avatar the Ford Aspire not only receives cosmetic updates, but mechanical updates in the form of two engine options in petrol variant. The petrol variant receives engine options of 1.2 litre and 1.5 litre from the new Dragon Series continuing the 1.5 litre TDCI diesel engine. The petrol and diesel variants are offered in the five trims named as Ambiente, Trend, Trend+, Titanium and Titanium+.

2018 Ford Aspire to Launch On October 4, 2018

October 3, 2018: Finally the Ford India, the Indian alliance of US based car maker will launch the generation next Aspire compact sedan in the Indian car market on October 4, 2018. In its new avatar apart from receiving bunch of cosmetic updates the most noticeable change that it will receive is new petrol engine options of 1.2 litre and 1.5 litre Dragon series engines, followed by 1.5 litre turbocharged diesel engine.

Ford Starts The Bookings Of Aspire Facelift By Paying Rs. 11,000

September 25, 2018: The generation next Ford Aspire is scheduled for launch of October 4, 2018 and prior to that the Indian subsidiary of the American car maker has commenced its booking with the down payment of Rs. 11,000. Commenting upon the launch of generation next Ford Aspire Mr. Rahul Gautam, Vice-President, Marketing at Ford India said, “The New Ford Aspire has been tailor-made for those who don’t follow the crowds, desire beyond the ordinary and want more out of their car experience. They are driven by a desire to lead and make their own mark.”

Prices of Ford Aspire slashed up-to Rs. 91,000

August 10, 2016: It is reported that Ford India has slashed the prices of Aspire compact sedan up-to Rs. 91,000 with immediate effect. The prices of both petrol and diesel variants now starts from Rs. 5.28 lakh and Rs. 6.37 lakh and go high up-to Rs. 6.8 lakh and Rs. 8.79 lakh, depending upon the trim selected by buyer. All the prices are ex-showroom prices New Delhi.

Ford Figo Aspire now to be sold as Ford Aspire

June 20, 2016: According to latest reports American car maker Ford is going to remove the title of Figo from its compact sedan Aspire under its new marketing strategy for selling Aspire compact sedan in Indian car market. It is reported that company plans to sale both vehicles with different names under their respective segments. The Aspire compact sedan is offered with two engine options of 1.2 litre Ti-VCT and 1.5 litre Ti-VCT in petrol variant and 1.5 litre TDCi diesel engine.

The sedan has been offered in both petrol and diesel variant with two engine options of 1.2 litre and 1.5 litre in petrol variant and 1.5 litre TDCi in diesel variant.

August 4, 2015: According to authentic sources Ford India is going to launch the Figo Aspire sedan in Indian car market on August 12, 2015. The up-coming sedan would be launched in both petrol and diesel variants with three engine options of two engines in petrol trim and one in diesel trim. The petrol variant would be energized with 1.2 litre Ti-VCT and 1.5 litre Ti-VCT petrol engines whereas the diesel would be empowered with 1.5 litre TDCi. It is expected to be offered with starting price of Rs. 5 lakh.

June 2, 2015: According to latest industry reports American car maker Ford will launch its highly awaited and speculated compact sedan Figo Aspire in Indian car market sometimes during the month of August 2015. Earlier it was reported that car maker will launch the Aspire during July. At present the car is on road show across the 25 Indian cities. It would be launched in both petrol and diesel engines. The petrol variant would be empowered with 1.2 litre TiVCT petrol engine and 1.5 litre TDCi diesel engine. It is also reported that company might also offer one more engine option in petrol variant that would be energized with 1.5 litre petrol engine.

Ford Figo Aspire launch set for this summer

10 April, 2015: Ford Figo Aspire is Ford’s new global sedan car concept that was displayed just before Delhi Auto Expo 2014. Now the car has come in production ready model. The production of Figo Aspire has been started at company's Gujarat plant. The American car would launch the Figo Aspire in India by this summer. In Indian auto market the new Figo Aspire will be a tough competitor of Maruti Swift Ciaz, Honda Amaze and Hyundai Xcent.
