July 4, 2023: Kia India has unveiled the new Seltos 2023 with a few cosmetic and mechanical updates. The major updates come in form of ADAS system and a new 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine, replacing the earlier 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine.

 

 

July 25, 2022: The Korean carmaker Kia Motors has launched the facelift Seltos in the native market with a starting price of 20.6 million WON (approx 12.57 lakh INR). The Indian version of the 2022 Seltos will be different from its Korean counterpart. The Indian version will be smaller and taller in size. With the existing engine configurations in petrol and diesel variants, it will undergo cosmetic updates on both interior and exterior fronts. It will receive six airbags and a panoramic sunroof as a standard feature. The Indian version of Seltos will be launched in August 2022.

 

February 2, 2022: According to recent reports the Korean carmaker Kia is getting ready to launch the facelift version of its bestselling compact SUV Seltos in the Indian car market during the second half of this year. Reports reveal that the 2022 Seltos will continue with the existing engine options. The notable change that will be introduced in the new facelift Seltos will be the panoramic sunroof which will be offered in its top-end trim.

 

May 3, 2021: Kia India the Indian alliance of Korean carmaker Kia Motors has launched the upgraded version of the compact SUV Seltos in India with the price tag of Rs 9.95 lakh (ex-showroom price). In its upgraded version the Seltos 2021 comes equipped with the same engine options of 1.5-litre Smartstream petrol, 1.4-litre Smartstream T-GDI petrol, and 1.5-litre CRDi VGT diesel with additional new features. The list of new features include  Remote Engine Start in manual transmission system, Smart Pure Air Purifier with Virus and Bacteria Protection, Wireless Phone Projection System, UVO connected car system, driver window control, Over the Air (OTA) map updates. Moving ahead the iMT variant is updated with dual color interiors of beige and black combination, automatic air conditioner, and a sunroof. On the safety front it comes equipped with Brake Assist System, Hill Assist Control System, Electronic Stability Control System, and a few more.
