Land Rover Free Lander 2 Sterling Edition launched in India

September 5, 2015: British car maker Land Rover and its Indian arm Tata Motors have launched the Sterling Edition of their premium SUV Free Lander 2 in Indian car market with starting price of 44.41 lakh (ex-showroom price in Mumbai). The Sterling Edition continues the same existing engine configuration but bestows various contemporary changes introduced on the exteriors and interiors of this SUV.

5 January, 2012: India is likely to get the tweaked version of Land Rover Range Rover Freelander 2 and if go by rumours the launch is expected to happen by April this year. The new Land Rover Range Rover Freelander 2 price is anticipated to be a little high than the current version. The new Freelander 2 will get an array of new features which includes DRLs integrated new LED lights, meridain music system and parking brake. The 2.2 L 150 PS, 190PS engine continues to power the new version and will come synchronized to a six speed automatic transmission.
