I am from Mumbai and own a Honda CR-V and I do not have any problem with the airbags in it? Do I still need to give back my car to the Honda dealer under recall?

No, till now there is no information available that says Honda in India has recalled the CRVs due to such problems, it is majorly for the European and USA car markets. For further info stay glued the auto news websites.
