when i buy a new era plus they never give me leftside mirror ant roof antena

Dear Nisha,
On the Hyundai Eon Era Plus variant you don’t get the said features i.e. micro antenna at roof and the passenger side outside mirror company-fitted; as they are not available on the feature list of the variant. Moreover if you want to go for the same, they can be made available at company showroom as an additional accessory.
