I have purchased Hyundai i20 Asta 1-2 months back, now I wish to add the latest LEDs to the front can I get it fitted from local vendor? What is the cost?

Certainly, you can get daytime running LEDs fitted in your Hyundai i20 hatchback. But why go to any other local vendor when you can get it (a genuine one) inserted from the company showroom itself. As far the price of the daytime running LEDs are concerned it is around Rs 10,000.
