I was planning to buy Maruti Alto but heard that it will be phased out by this year end; it might affect its resale value. Should I go for Maruti Alto or not, when Cervo will be available in local market?

Renowned Maruti car models Maruti 800 and Maruti Alto are expected to become extinct by end of this year. And tentative ‘one’ replacement for the two will be called ‘Maruti Cervo’. If you are in urgent need of a vehicle, you can opt for Alto, if not wait, for Cervo to come. As far as demand or resale is concerned of distinctive Maruti Alto, it will never fade, there will always be immense craze of decade old Alto among its fans.
