Dear Sir, I have booked a maruti swift vxi on 13 aug 2012 from pebco motors jamshedpur and i just want to know the approx. delivery date of my vehicle as i am not getting the satisfactory date from the dealer. The dealer assured me to deliver the vehicle on or before diwali. And what is the waiting period of maruti swift vxi ?

First of all many congratulations for the new car booked. As you have selected the most popular Indian car that is Maruti Swift, there will be waiting period as the demand for the Swift and Ertiga remain very high at any given time. Besides this, recently there was a complete shutdown at the Maneshar Plant of the company which badly affected the production and the supply. Be patient and in contact of the dealer and if you want, you can write to the corporate office of the firm for the same.
