Hi Ramesh,
See, first of all insurance of Maruti Swift is a thing that no one can force up on a car buyer. If you don’t want straightaway say ‘No’. And if the Maruti Showroom manager is annoying you despite your denial than you can call the Maruti customer care and get a complaint registered of that dealer, of which Maruti will take care. Go ahead, and zoom your Swift out of the showroom, congrats in advance.

I also faced the same issue last month, and what showroom guys told that if you buy insurance from outside then in case of mishap they will not react proactively and it might take prety long time for repair and reimbursment.
I felt bad looking at the monopoly of showroom ppl.
