Dear Jagdish,
Out of the lot I would suggest you with two of the better performing hatches, one is Honda Brio and other is Ford Figo, both offer value for money and have been ruling the hearts of the car buyers. If you are looking for a really compact hatch then you can go for Brio that has a very trendy styling inside out, while if you choose to grab a hatch with loads of space inside then Figo is an obvious answer. Both the cars have about same 1.2L petrol engine, whereas on the mileage front also the two can be respected as they prove certified fuel efficiency of 17-18 kmpl. Honda Brio S MT variant costs around Rs 4.40 Lakh and Figo ZXI Petrol reads Rs 4.39 Lakh(Ex showroom, Delhi). Last but not the least, if you are purchasing a car for the first time you can go for Maruti Swift that is priced at Rs 4.44 Lakh, as it is easier to maintain for a first time buyer with very good service network across the nation.
