Honda Brio impeccable quality is now affordable

Pros : Impeccable design and Style, unique built, high mileage, powerful engine, futuristic interior and many more

Cons : non availability in diesel version, lack of features like rear defogger

It has been two years since I am waiting for this car to be launched in the country. First saw this model at the Delhi International auto expo and believe you me, I fell in love with this model after looking at it childishly for a few moments. It has got everything that a young buyer would ask for be it futuristic styling or fascinating designing or unforgettable road presence. And the most importantly Honda Brio is unique as it is not in the market to join the crowd of already available bundle of cars, it is for people like me who believe in change and who believe in quality.


As you all know, the Japanese beauty Honda Brio will be powered by the same 1.2L engine that has been used in the premium hatchback Jazz. Considering the maximum power of 88 bhp, one couldn’t have asked for more from the rare combination of style, quality and performance. Adding to this, Honda Brio will be delivering a mileage of 20 kmpl, which could well be considered a bonus over its extravaganza looks and power packed performance.


The best part of the Honda Brio exterior in my opinion is its full glass rear hatch that not only offers an eye arresting look to the car but also proves handy in parking the car. Just love the way it opens up gets closed down effortlessly. If the Japanese rival Toyota would have learned a thing or two from Honda, they would have never launched a sluggish car like Etios Liva, which stands nowhere near to Brio in terms of designing and style. Watching the car in the review shows, where it its impeccable quality and sublime performance is recognized, is a treat.


I am expecting the Honda Brio to be launched at Rs 4.5 lakh for the base model. And I believe that people will buy this car with closed eyes at this price. I would appreciate if Honda launches the car in diesel version also as my monthly running is over 2000 km, and buying a petrol vehicle will certainly dent my pocket more. No matter what, even if company launches the car in petrol version only, I am ready to compromise a few more bucks for my Brio. The only concern I have now is that if there will be a sudden rush to book the car once the company opens its bookings in the Indian market. And then I will need to book the car as early as possible, otherwise, even a delay of a few days could well mean a waiting period of a few months.
