Wish Honda Jazz in Diesel Variant

Hi friends. My name is Vishakha and I am from Kolkata. I like Honda Jazz X a lot and have one. But sometime I regret about the mileage the car delivers and wish that I would have purchased some diesel car. It is not that expensive as that are its fuel expenses.

The car is powered by 1198 cc SOHC i-VTEC petrol engine. This engine can boost up the maximum power of 90 Ps @ 6200 rpm and the maximum torque of 110 Nm @ 4800 rpm. It is assisted with 5 speed manual transmission. The car can deliver the high speed of 172 kmph and can reach from 0 to 100 kmph in 13.7 secs. But the mileage is 12.5 kmpl on city roads and 16.7 kmpl on highways.  This is not up to my expectations. I wish it could be a little more.

Else everything is good about the car. The front chrome grille with the stylish headlamps and the fog lamps to provide clear view makes the car’s front classier.  The sporty tail gate spoiler, green glass, mud flaps, rear window wiper and rear window defogger are even quite supportive features. Interiors are no behind with features like driver’s seat side adjuster, magic seats, rear parcel display, auto volume by speed, dual glove box, instrument panel pocket, average and instant fuel consumption display, foot rest, coat hanger and front power windows and also the music system with AUX-IN and USB connectivity.

Safety is the first priority of the car with dual front airbags, G – CON technology, Driver side auto pinch guard, full size spare tyre, ABS, EBD with brake assist and few others. Honda Jazz X is known as first two – box car and is the most lavish hatchback in its segment with front resembling Honda City sedan.
