Affordable Quanto compact utility machine needed
Pros : Looks good, convenient and Mahindra’s low maintenance
Cons : Can say it after test drive
I want to exchange my old Hyundai Verna with a compact crossover, but I am currently waiting for the right one to launch. I browsed this website and I am impressed with the reviews about Mahindra Quanto. I would wish to test drive this car, but the nearby dealer says that there is no info available about its launch. I expect that Mahindra would launch it much earlier than Diwali.
I have checked out the specifications and features and interestingly it does not miss any of the features that its bigger brother Xylo carries. This MUV is expected to come powered by 1.5 liter CRDi engine that will have great fuel efficiency of 15 – 17 kmpl. I think that with such a commendable mileage, this car would surely win hearts of millions of MUV enthusiasts. Interiors are going to have seating capacity for five-seven passengers i.e. like a sedan or hatchback, and also there might be two addition seats in the boot. I have checked that other car makers like Ford and Maruti are also going to introduce compact utility, but for me price would be the main factor to consider. A buyer like me expects this car to come in the range of 5- 7 lakh rupees. If the price would be more than this, I think that probably I would plan to go for some other car.
I am expecting that this car would come mated by premium quality of interiors. Added to this, I would also expect that the company will introduce car with all the much needed safety features like Dual Airbags, ABS with EBD, Central Locking etc.
