After several discussions and research, I got to know about yet to be launched compact SUV Mahindra Qaunto. The mini SUV will be launched in next few months and this will be my first four wheeler. People say that it will offer seven seats and sedan like driveability. Mileage/average expected from the car will be impressive, as I am informed. A 3 cylinder, dual turbo charger, 1.5 litre diesel engine is said to be installed under the bonnet apart from a 1.2 litre petrol engine in a different version. If these engines are being used in the Quanto, I need not to worry about the fuel consumption for these small sized engines will take less fuel on the go.

 

Speculated car price also interest me a lot; this will be a sub INR 6 lakh car. At this price range, handsome features can be assumed. In this way this car will challenge other offerings in the auto market. In brief, I will be getting a chopped size Xylo and am ready to welcome the compact Mahindra Quanto.
