Reva E20 – Economical Electric Energy Car
Pros : Unique design, capacious for four passengers and economical
Cons : Can be derived after launch
Hi, with the festive season ‘Holi’ approaching all the car enthusiasts in India has started scrolling the automobile webpages, so did I. Although, I am a proud owner of Tata Manza, but this season I am planning to buy a car that is economical in running, different in shape and looks fresh. Recently, my search was over with the upcoming class EV Mahindra Reva E20. I am amazed with its graphics that look so sober and unique. Moreover, to make it a sportier product in the market, the Joint venture of Mahindra and Reva has added some elements like Alloy wheels, Curvy front and rear bumpers, Clear lens headlamps etc.
I never expected that an EV could be designed so smartly. Added to this, sufficient space for four occupants can be it’s another USP. From the side profile the vehicle looks much like i20 premium hatchback. I am thoroughly impressed with what the company has stated about this EV. Moreover, its caliber to run upto 160 Kms in one charge is also much beneficial if you drive it in city.
I am expecting that the company will load this car with modern features of hatchbacks like AC, Power Steering, Power Windows, Central Locking and Music System, anything more that these features will be complimentary.
One thing I will have to consider is price, the old REVA is available at around 3 – 4 lakhs in the market, I would be expecting that Mahindra – Reva will slate it somewhat at the same price of its old version or slightly higher than that. Company should launch this car before April that too with some mouth-watering offers.
