Maruti Alto 800 – Launch inching closer

Pros : Expected to be low cost, stylish and fuel efficient

It is good to hear that soon in India, we will have a replacement for Maruti 800. It means that soon for the small car enthusiasts, there would be something interesting to hit the shores. I have been driving the oldie Maruti 800 for so long and now I think with the launch of Maruti Alto 800, I should adopt the next generation small car.

I have checked the source and it says that the car would be launched on coming 15th September. I this happens, I will plan to purchase it by this Ganesh Chathurthi. I expect that like the previous Maruti 800 versions, the Alto 800 would also be low in cost. The company should introduce it at the price of around 2 lakhs to sell a large volume this hatchback.

Though, I am not aware about its features, but nowadays features like Music system, AC, Power Windows, Central Locking and Power Steering are necessary, so company should not compromise when they launch it. Engine will be no doubt much advanced the previous Maruti 800.

Maruti has been the most trusted brand in India and with the launch of this new Maruti Alto 800, I am sure the company will make a new history. In starting small car range, Tata Nano is the only car available at the cheap cost, but with the Alto 800 in the market, we will have something new and fresh to run on streets. If all goes well, I would wish to be a proud owner upcoming Maruti Alto 800.
