Perfect MPV for called Maruti Ertiga

Pros : Space, interiors, mileage

Cons : drivability, safety

Hey folks, since last 2-3 months I was looking for a spacious vehicle that could carry our family of 5-6 easily with proper comfort. Many suggestions came in from friends and relatives like Xylo and Innova, but I had not made up my mind for this big budget of around Rs 8 Lakh, as my budget is of under Rs 6 Lakh that might stretch up to Rs 6.5 Lakh.

Recently I have heard that Maruti Ertiga MPV is on the way to showrooms, which is compact and comfortable vehicle. As it will be my first car, one of my close companions had advised me to go for Maruti vehicle, as per him, the first time car-buyer should always opt for Maruti due to its low maintenance and stretched service network. At that point of time, he recommended Maruti Eeco, but its boxy looks never attracted me.  This hatchback like MPV Ertiga appears smart and compact as seen in the images on web.

The good thing will be its 1.3L DDiS diesel engine that gives more mileage alongside the hatchback like features at the dashboard and central console will make it fun to drive. One thing that is eating me is the drivability of the car and safety, as the company will not provide enough safety with LXI version. Need to pray about the safety features to be available as optional.
