Renault Scala: Nissan Sunny’s brother and rival

hii I am Dushyant Kakkar from Ludhiana, Punjab. I love to buy latest cars and that is the reason why I have 4 cars standing in my garage. I am excited that Renault is going to introduce an extremely stunning machine named Scala in the Indian market. I have read that this car would be built on Nissan Sunny’s platform. I think that like the Sunny, the Scala will also be introduced in 1.5 liter petrol and diesel engine options.

Frankly speaking, I am bugged of the usual Maruti and Hyundai cars and now I want to try some other brand. Renault should disclose the launch date of this car so that I could reschedule my buying priorities. On the source it is written that the Scala would be introduced after the launch of Renault Duster. Renault Scala has been a tried and tested product in American sub-continent and now it seems that the company wants to show its dominance in the Indian auto-region as well.

I would admire if the company would launch this sedan in the price range of Rs. 6 – 9 lakhs like its currently ruling brother, Nissan Sunny. I also like the design and styling of Nissan Sunny, but I think that the anticipated, Renault Scala would carry with some additional trims and features.

In last two years, Renault has grown significantly and the launch of other speculated cars like Renault Duster, Renault Scala etc. would enable it to expand its roots in the domestic market. We will have to wait and see, how soon the company introduces the modern sedan, Scala in the Indian auto market so that eagerly waiting buyers like me can go ahead for its purchase.
