Renault Scala price should be placed smartly to make it a hit

Pros : Good looks

Cons : High price than its sibling Sunny

I am a car enthusiast and I keep a check on the new cars coming in India. Renault Scala is yet another sedan coming in India, I feel that it is going to be a little tough for the car maker to outnumber Sunny. Sunny is a highly selling sedan in India and has been here for almost a year now. While Scala which is strikingly similar to Sunny sedan will also come with a slightly higher price, therefore would it be easy for Scala to get numbers every month.
 
Well this is my personal opinion, I can say this as elder brother has Sunny sedan and I he is quite satisfied with it. Scala which is all set to be launched in India in the month of September will have to offer something extra to tempt customers towards it. If everything is the same no one would fall for it that is what I think, it is my opinion. From what I have read on internet, the looks of the sedan are slightly different from Sunny, specially the rear and front fascia. Also the rear is supposed to have rear AC which makes the rear very comfortable for the passengers sitting at the back, it will definitely be a high point of the sedan, but will it be enough that remains to be seen.
 
I do not doubt Renault’s sense in designing the cars; all its cars are beautifully designed and look amazing, therefore hopes are high from Scala too. If it comes up with something extra, like extra features and price the sedan smartly, it could turn out to be another good selling model for Renault in India. Hope that it manages to repeat Duster’s success and prove to be another high selling model for Renault in India.
