Waiting with anticipation for the new Skoda Octavia

Since quite some time now I have been waiting for Skoda Octavia. I have been always liked the Skoda cars due to the high levels of luxury which they provide in their cars. Sometime back I came to know that this company is about to launch this car. And right from that time I have been waiting for this car. I have been constantly working to get maximum information on this car.

This car can be expected to be launched somewhere near July of this year. The car has been blessed with many features which are related to both luxury and comfort. The car has a powerful engine which is equipped to give a high mileage, which is getting me even more excited. The car will have many interesting features such as attention assist system, audio and phone controls which are mounted on steering wheel, The car also has a LCD information screen. Skoda India is riding high on success with most of its cars which are being launched. The automaker in the last national auto expo said that they will be launching their car which had been very successful once again. And it will be launched with a new name this time.

According to Prof Dr. Winfried Vahland, one of the big names in this company has claimed that the car which the company is about to launch next has been amongst the top runners of this company but will be launched again but with a new name. Also going by the latest buzz the particular car will be taking the place of their present car, Skoda Laura. The car will be launched in petrol and diesel versions or variants as auto experts call it. The petrol version is expected to deliver a mileage or fuel efficiency of about 9 km per litre. And the diesel variant gives a better fuel efficiency of about 11.5 to 12.5 km per litre in the city and about 15 to 16 km per litre on the highway.

I am definitely going for the diesel option. The interiors of the petrol version of this car are expected to come in the wooden finish like the earlier version of this car. And according to my sources the diesel variants of this car will have a dual tone interior, and most probably those colors will be onyx and ivory. I can also hope that the car will have headlights with curve Xenon projector and an automatic headlight system. The car is also expected to deliver a good level of performance and better pick up or acceleration as they like to call it. The Skoda cars have been very popular for giving a better handling and overall feeling in its drive as compared to the other competitors of their cars in the market.
