BMW X1 is a fantastic SUV

I bought BMW X1 sDrive 20d Exclusive a few months ago, what lead me to buy this SUV is its amazing looks. Apart from this the SUV is powered with a mighty 2.0 litre, sDrive 20d diesel engine which has a displacement of 1995 cc. It is definitely a head turner as it attracts a lot of attention when I drive it. Despite of being a luxury SUV it offers a decent fuel efficiency of11.5 kmpl in city conditions and a fuel economy of 15.24 kmpl on highways. The car sprints from o to 100 kms in just 8.3 seconds. Presence of automatic transmission makes it more fun to drive the SUV. If you look at the SUV, it looks more like an over sized hatchback, but from inside it is capacious enough and also has good boot space to store luggage.

The SUV is packed with features like a sturdy air conditioner which keeps the cabin cool even in scorching heat. Power windows both in front and rear, cup holders in front and rear make it convenient to keep bottles etc. Remote trunk/boot opener, remote fuel lid opener is also present in the SUV. Alloy wheels give a neat look to the wheels and enhance the overall look of the exteriors of the SUV. CD player is also affixed inside the SUV, among the safety features, driver airbag, front passenger airbag, anti-lock-braking system and central locking are also proffered in the SUV. Price of BMW X1 is comparatively affordable if compared to other premium SUVs or sedans present in India. I think its affordable price is one of the reasons behind its high sale in India. BMW is the best luxury brand in India and my experience has been ecstatic.
