The not so good car from Chevrolet

Cons : bad looks and bad interiors

Aveo was advertised heavily when it was launched. But it failed miserably. It is an entry level sedan from one of the biggest car companies of the world, Chevrolet. Aveo is a medium sized sedan with okay type looks, but nice engine.

Exterior: The look of the car is not very good. It is simple and plain and flat. It is nothing but just passable. It is not edgy, it is not bold, it is not sporty. The finishing and colours available is not that good too. The alloy wheels look fine.

Interior: Chevrolet Aveo is poor from the inside. The dashboard and the tachometer make a poor impression. But the seats are nice and comfortable. Chevrolet Aveo is quite spacious and according to the price it is a nice vehicle. The boot is good. You can carry two big suitcases in it. The gear knob looks odd and out dated. The audio sytem is good. The power windows are also a plus point of this car.

Engine and Performance: Chevrolet Aveo has 1.4L, In Line Petrol Engine that has 94ps power and 127nm torque. It is available in Petrol and CNG. But CNG is not a good option as it is not available everyhwere, but just in some big cities. The engine is smooth and the acceleration is good. It reached top speed of 170kmph, which is decent enough for such a low powered sedan. The car is comfortable and 5 people get in comfortably.

Safety: ABS is installed on it. It has a driver airbag, but there's no front passenger airbag on it. The centrol locking makes it safe from car thieves.

Overall: Chevrolet Aveo is a decent car from a very good company. The price is fair but there are many more cars available in the same range which have better looks and performance. If you like the car and want to go for it, then it's upto.
