Successful MUV again thrills the market with its new variant

Pros : Refined interiors, sufficient space and affordable price

Cons : Exteriors should have been modified and has same features like its forerunners

Finally, the car maker Chevrolet has introduced the much awaited Chevrolet Neo 3. I was planning to buy Chevrolet Neo 2, last year, but as I got informed that the company is going to introduce a new model of Chevrolet Neo, I postponed my plans for car purchase. I am glad that the company has kept the price of Chevy Neo 3 almost similar to its previous variants. Interestingly, the interiors of this car have been revamped. The interior beige fabric looks mores eye-catchy. One thing that I like about Chevrolet Tavera is its sufficient shoulder and leg-room space. However, the headroom space for the third row seems to be less. Moreover, the product line up of Tavera Neo fleet is now expanded to 6 – 10 seater options. We are nine members in our family hence, 9 or 10 seater options would comfortable for us.

Chevy Neo 3 is equipped with a 2.0 liter direct injection diesel engine that is supposed to have commendable fuel efficiency. I expect that like the previous Chevrolet Tavera models, the new Neo 3 will also have good fuel economy. One thing that Chevrolet Tavera Neo lacks is modern trendy exteriors. I think that the company should have made the exteriors of Neo 3 more provoking and sportier.

Lesser features compared to other competing MUVs could be the major setback of this car. I am confused if any of the top end variants of Chevrolet Tavera Neo 3 are blessed with some necessary features like Airbags, Brake Assist, EBD and Parking Sensors. At an affordable price, Chevrolet Neo 3 is no doubt going to battle with some fabulous available Mahindra Xylo, Mahindra Bolero and Toyota Innova.
