The new impeccable automatic Ford Fiesta

Pros : Good looking and loaded with features

Cons : Too heavy on style

Ford Fiesta has been a decent performer in the country. It is a rightly priced and rightly marketed car for families, as well as youth. Last year, ford launched the second generation version of Ford and it welcomed by the market whole heartedly. Ford has changed the whole look of the car and now it looks more of a modern car than a classic. Though, Ford has not discontinued the previous version. It is still being sold in the market but with the name of Ford Fiesta Classic.

Now, Ford has officially launched the automatic version of Ford Fiesta. It was launched just a couple of days ago. I have taken the test drive and I am planning to book the automatic version of this sedan really soon. It has been priced in the range of Rs. 8.99-9.70 Lakhs and it is powered by a 1.5L Ti-VCT Petrol engine. It has a 6 speed gearbox and it delivers mileage of around 16kms per liter. Ford has added a few more features to the automatic version of Fiesta, like- Black leather upholstery, Hill launch assist and introduction of a new color called ‘Paprika Red’.

The overall design of Ford Fiesta is similar to that of Hyundai Verna’s. it has nice curves and bodylines, big and nicely designed headlamps and rear lamps, nice choice of colors, etc. From the inside, Ford Fiesta has the feel of a sports car. It has designed to target the youth and Ford has succeeded in grabbing their attention. The dashboard has a fantastic feel to it with curvy and stylish AC vents, tachometer, audio system and more. The car is spacious for everybody with enough legroom and head space. The trunk is big enough to carry 3-4 suitcases at one time.

Ford Fiesta is definitely a good car for people who like to throw some style.
