Ford Fiesta – Problematic car

Pros : Only the fuel efficiency is good

Cons : Poor shockers, Engine noise, Pathetic rear seat comfort and Vibrating gear shift transmission

Hello! I have got a Ford Fiesta Style and just after three months of purchase, it has been continuously troubling me in some or the other way. It is the base model therefore, it lacks many features like Music system, Airbags and ABS. I thinking of converting my car into a fully loaded product therefore, I am planning to add some more material. I think that it would not be possible through outside vendor, therefore I will have to approach the company itself, but I am worried what its cost would be.

As far as my experience with this car is concerned, I have found it as the problematic car in all the aspects. The shockers of this car are extremely poor in terms of quality and cannot resist the jolts. Noise of its diesel engine is also another big problem. Even after getting inside the car, you can feel the irritating sound. I recently approached the dealer in regards to this, but they say that it is happening due to broken water pump. Added to this, the rear seat is another troubling factor. Three people cannot properly adjust on the rear seat. Furthermore, I find the problem in the gear box of the car. There is a lot of vibration in the gear box which I never experienced in my previous car, SX4.

Yes one good thing about this car is its fuel efficiency. My car delivers mileage of 11 – 12 kmpl in city conditions and 15 – 17 kmpl on highways.

Overall, I would say that except the fuel efficiency, this car is really a troubling device, therefore, you must check other alternative options prior you purchase it.
