I have purchased Honda City CNG SMT from Apex Honda Mumbai. From day one, there is a loud thud sound from the rear while crossing a speed breaker or on rough roads and the fuel gauge is faulty. All other problems were attended. These two remain despite my taking up at the highest level. All are requested to take a free test drive of my car before making a buy decision. Thanks for informing me Sharad. It has made it easier for me to decide as to why I should avoid puchasing a HONDA car and also advice others about their attitude with their customers. Hope your problem is resolved soon and if not, I recommend that you approach the consumer court against the company. Wish you all the very best.

Hondas reputation cannot be taken for granted. people who planned to buy a Honda product will definitely give a second thought before embarking on such a costly product. wish HONDA addresses the problem faced by Capt SK Sharma.

Sad that the once famous for customer service Honda is now descending in the customer service. THis is least expected of Honda City. My boss Mr Vasanthan is having problem with gear shift and it is still not satisfactory according to him Snce I am driving a Honda for close to 10 years, I recommended Sharad to go in for Honda, and NOW I AM REGRETTING WHY I RECOMMENDED HONDA. I WAS TO GO IN FOR HONDA CIVIC> NOW I WOULD HIT PAUSE BUTTON AND after knowing Sharad's car condition, I would decide.

I am surprised to read this review from Sharad. If Honda fails to address his grievance I will never go near a HONDA as I was considering HONDA Amaze. Please wake up HONDA this is getting you bad publicity.

Honda India should be ashamed to deny the required after sales to a vetran of the Indian Army. All in the army should definitely avoid going near a Honda store.I am sure they have a conscience and will soon respond.

We hv been observing of late the could'nt care less approach of honda , i fuuly endorse the views of Capt. SK Sharma....it is a pity that an army officers vehicle is getting this type of treatment....hope proper attenyion is given....

Such a callous attitude by these big companies is appauling. Can they afford to behave in this manner in their own country? The japanese are known world vide because of their brand quality, it appears they are learning the tricks of trait faster from sone local companies. It is a matter that we consumer must fight for protection of our rights.

Thanks for giving me the inputs.I was planning to buy a Honda car shortly primarily because of the reputation of Honda for there Quality and Service. I will never go near a Honda showroom now.Going to a consumer court is another option.

That too bad not expected from Honda

I fail to understand, how an Internationally reputed company, known for its after sales service, could be so unprofessional.Such a callous attitude is bound to have its effect on sale of Honda cars. I already informed my friends and relatives about the pathetic after sale service of Honda and now they are not in mood to buy Honda Car.

It is disgusting to see the after sale attitude.We all should refrain from buying Honda products and must seek legal course to teach them a good lession.

Sorry to hear the troubles faced by Capt Sharma. Always thought Honda service was one of the best. Will think twice before buying a honda vehicle. Honda learn something from Toyota. Thanks for warning us Sharad. And Honda, you should have empathy and sympathy for your clients.

This should be a wake up call for honda who have become very smug.Shocking after sales service. They come out looking like fly by night operators.I am in the process of looking for a new car. With the recall of the Amaze for defects I am striking Honda of my list.Thank you Capt SK Sharma for sparing me a lot of pain.

Really unexpected behavior of a company like Honda. My colleague was talking of buying a new sedan this month. Had already compared 6 cars and had shortlisted Honda City, but now after hearing it from Capt. S K Sharma it seems he should give a second thought. Shameful act on the part of the company. They should immediately contact Mr. Sharma and settle the issue and ask him to give a letter of satisfaction so that the lost goodwill is restored.

Capt. Sharma you may, if the company doesn't respond in a reasonable time, can think of moving to a consumer court. Let the company also face some music. All the best Sir.... Hope they understand how severely it is damaging their goodwill and do something to restore the confidence of the consumers.

Shame on Honda. Such a reputed company and such a shocking defect.I hope the hierarchy of Honda company will do justice to the complaint at the earliest otherwise it going to loose potential customers.
