A good small car designed for middle families

Pros : Amazing design, bold stylish exteriors, comfortable interiors, good mileage, wonderful handling and priced very well

Cons : Suspension is not that great and frontal legroom is not enough

I consider myself to be a proud owner of Hyundai’s Santro Xing which can rightly be called as one of the finest design together with bold styling and stunning exteriors our small car segment has ever witnessed. I have been driving Santro for the last 4 years and am very satisfied with the wise decision I have taken four years back.

Engine is very powerful and makes me feel good even today; when I take steering in my hand I feel car’s great power flowing inside me. Pickup is great and a/c works amazing, even in the hottest days of summer it keeps me away from the heat. Santro is very easy to drive. I feel great while driving it in city, when the sudden powerful acceleration increases its manoeuvrability and enables taking sharp turns within a very low radius and that makes it a great ride in dense traffic and the excitement increases when I reach highway and drive it at full speed, car touches 0 to 100 in just 12 seconds. It offers relatively high ground clearance and maintenance cost is very small for the high end driving experience it provides.

Recent additions in the small car segment has made it very competitive and now it has become an imminent requirement to allure customers with the high end features and that too in very reasonable price and Santro is high on both however it lacks in styling with many of the new additions and in the present scenario it looks like an outdated vehicle that needs to be equipped well but it has a special place in the heart of many customers like me and is still a best selling car in its segment.
