Surat to Mumbai in the Bolero!
Pros : Great engine response and power, good handling, nice suspensions
Cons : not much of interior features
Well out of several and a number of trips that I have made in the Bolero, I will talk about the longest of them all. The haul from Surat to Mumbai, the interstate with the Mahindra Bolero ZLX was very satisfying and easy. Also the memories still fresh of how I drove the vehicle nonstop at a stretch of longer intervals of time and still faced no fatigue and the time and speed ratio was just fantastic. The best thing about the Mahindra Bolero is its amazingly powerful engine that has hybrid cooling system as well delivering great exhaust free drives and a pick- up very considerate of a diesel engine. I also managed higher speeds with an ease and was always relaxed when controlling the Bolero. The power steering is absolute pleasure in the Bolero and the handling is as smooth as anything. The braking and acceleration is heavily calculative and very measured in the Bolero. I was very happy once again to feel the suspensions are still intact after so many longer hauls previously. The impact of the bumps and potholes is reduced to negligible with the splendid set of suspensions in this ride.
The mileage was also very decent being somewhere around 14 Kmpl. It is the usual of the Bolero, each time I have hit the highways, it simply swallows all challenges. The tires of the Bolero are also favorable for superb grips on curves and steep turns. All terrains are highly supported by the splendid technicalities of the Bolero. The interiors of the Bolero are spacious and quite comfortable although there is absence of a number of premium features but still it is enough to make an impact, unforgettable.

Bolero is a very good choice with the price consideration.
