Mahindra Scorpio LX BSIV Tough But Cozy

Pros : Reasonable price tag, gigantic diesel engine, comfortable interiors, exterior design, mileage

Cons : Features are very basic; no automatic transmission is enabled

I never understand the need of going for another SUV else than Mahindra Scorpio LX BSIV as this car is one of the most affordable yet fully utility oriented vehicle that is bound to serve almost every day to day need of its owner. To start with I found the 2.2L, mHawk CRDe diesel engine with 4-stroke that is turbocharged and Intercooled a great machine that derives unmatchable power and performance from this car which wards off the unnecessary motor lags. The mileage is incredible as it took me very less on the fuel invest that I did in a trip to Delhi from Jaipur.

Frankly, I was not so fascinated with the kind of interiors that this car has as it lacks the leather upholstery and is just puffed with a large number of basic amenities with no internationally updated features. Apart from this, the 5 speed manual transmission is just not the thing that I expected after spending around Rs 9 lakh on this car. A staple automatic transmission with a six speed gearbox would have been a much better spice to this sports machine. The interiors in terms of comforts are convenient and up to the mark and exteriors is something that surely gets a large number of praises.
