Mahindra Verito diesel, the best sedan in diesel guise
Pros : Low price, good mileage
Cons : None
My business requirement demanded a car that delivered good mileage as my work demands a lot of touring. I sold my petrol Hyundai Accent sedan which I bought few years back and bought Mahindra Verito diesel 1.5 D6 variant, powered with a 1.5 litre, dCi CRDi diesel engine that produces a 65 PS of peak power and 160 Nm of maximum torque. Mileage offered by this sedan is extremely good; it runs around 17 kmpl in city and close to 21 kmpl on highway. Alloy wheels are absent in this variant, but that does make much of a difference to the sedan. It has austere looks but delivers a powerful performance.
Features offered in this sedan comprise of power steering, power windows (both front and rear), front cup holders, remote trunk/boot opener, remote fuel lid opener, CD player, amongst the safety features the car has been bestowed with driver airbag, anti-lock brake system and central locking. The diesel version saves me a lot of money as the gap between petrol and diesel prices is widening with time. Apart from this Mahindra Verito is a great sedan that does not offer much of maintenance, I am absolutely satisfied with my car and I advise all of you looking for a diesel sedan to buy Mahindra Verito diesel, it is worth buying.

I just bought a new Manindra Verito-D6.Its a best compact sedan in its class with a great milage including good power.Interiors ars also awsome.Only thing I expexted auto door locks after certain speed reach as in other modles od Mahindra vehicles, but it is not there.More impressive is its ABS feature which i experienced recently. The vehicle stops without any jerk within a range of 20-30 mtrs at a speed of 100 or even more. The reason behind my desicion of bying Verito was cheaper accessories. But it is not there.Being manufactured in India it should be more cheaper. When I asked for mud guards in showroom they said 2200 rs only. Not only these but each accessory is more expensive.
