Cons : Upholstery used is of inferior quality and am waiting for a long time for re-opening of bookings

I have a sheer passion for SUVs and love to go on long drives unnoticed and without planning. I have come recently after a long journey of 6000 kms. Scorpio is my ride for the last 5 years and now I am bored of it and looking for my new piece of pie. I took test drive of Ford’s Endeavour, Tata Safari, Force one, Toyota Fortuner and Mahindra XUV 500. Among all Mahindra XUV 500 impressed me a lot with the features and class together with reasonable price makes it my option of prime importance. I have been waiting for Mahindra to reopen the bookings and the results are awaited. XUV 500 is the addition to the fair list of Mahindra hits and it has made the record of the maximum number of bookings close to 8000 units in 10 days.

XUV 500 is a king of looks with aggressive bold front headlights and nice looking grill. Sidelines are like lion’s shoulder muscle, strong and rugged, rear comprises of a smart looking stretched headlights. Tyres are broad and wide to grip the road hard. Suspension is very soft and equipped well to bear our dirty road vibrations well. Powerful engine makes it a king on road. Just press the accelerator and car is all set to give you a marvelous lifetime of riding experience. Gear shift is pretty smooth for an SUV and handling steering is very easy. Car offers pretty smooth ride and even the worst roads will not be able to endanger your comfort. The only thing raised question in my head is the use of plastic and fabric to cover the interiors, they all lack class.
