Mahindra XUV 500: My search stops here

Pros : Premium interior, Attractive exterior, Powerful and fuel economical

Cons : Little costly, long waiting period

This is Shekhar from Noida…. and proud owner of the Mahindra XUV 500 W6 (which is the base variant). After noticing tremendous sales figure of the SUV it was finalised by me and after a long waiting period of 5 to 6 month got the W6 variant around at Rs. 11.50 lakh. After taking its long driving I say that really it is one such smart premium SUV in India that offers all the required features such as Adjustable/Tilt Steering, ABS with EBD, Dual Front Airbags, Cruise Control and many more.

It’s Panther inspired appearance really looks aggressive and classy, while the interior is fully restful and premium. If anybody asks me about the power of the SUV than my answer is that there is no competitor of XUV 500 in the market. Really, its 2179 cc mHawk VGT diesel engine has tremendous power.

Not only power but the XUV 500 mileage for my W6 variant is too good. It offers around 10 kmpl mileage in city and 15 kmpl of fuel efficiency on long roads which is the best-in-class as per my knowledge. There is enough interior space for seven passengers along with large boot space, smooth driving and handling. Finally, I would like to say that with launch of XUV 500, Mahindra has done well for the Indian premium SUV car enthusiasts.
