Maruti Alto Green– Eco and pocket friendly small car

Pros : Low driving cost, low maintenance, good space for four occupants

Cons : Not much attractive and less features

Hi, This is Neeraj Roy from Kolkata West Bengal and it is my privilege that today I am sharing my experience about India’s most selling and my beloved Maruti Alto Green Lxi. I bought the Alto Green around a year back and till today the experience with this car has been really satisfactory. It has got the 0.8 liter petrol engine that is undoubtedly a pocket friendly product. But yes, features are not as much as the Hyundai Eon. On the name of features it has just got Power steering and Air-conditioner.

I believe that the with the increased competition with Hyundai Eon, the company should stress on making this car a sporty and fully loaded product so as to continue with its decent sales. If I talk about the mileage it is somewhere around 14 – 18 kmpl, but yes the cost incurred is much lesser that any other hatchback available in India. The reason for the economical fuel efficiency is the CNG kit.

In my perception Alto Green is a car which is made in considering the middle class car buyers. The company should bring in a totally revamped avatar of this car that could carry not only great dynamics but also exciting features & comforts to bless the riders with an unforgettable riding experience.

One would complement the auto-giant, Maruti Suzuki for blessing this car with good space for a small family. Moreover, the maintenance cost of this car is also quite nominal. Besides this, there is no problem of servicing no matter in what region you live and also the resale is also quite compared to other small cars in the same range.
