A long lost car is coming up with a new splash
Pros : Spacious Interiors, good fuel efficiency, easy to drive, powerful engine and Maruti’s embedded trust
Cons : Looks are not as per Indian consumer preferences and likings, too pricy and absence of necessary features in the basic model
Maruti is planning to launch the upgraded variant of the Ritz. Car failed to attract good crowd at the first go but it seems like Maruti has reworked its failure to make it a splashing success this time. They are all set for launch later this year; Maruti has plans to launch 18 to 20 different models that include up gradation of whole of the current fleet. They have already started working on it and Swift Hatchback and Dzire is available in new adoring looks.
Maruti is well known for serving old wine in new bottles and their strategy work well and help them to maintain the huge costumer base in our highly competent market with world class players. Ritz is the old failure that is reworked and made an adept piece as per customer likings. Earlier the base model was lacking in the basic features like Power windows which were duly available in the competent models resulting in impacting the overall sales adversely, now all the loop holes has been duly filled and it is all set to stir the tech savvy youngsters.
Car wins the race when it comes to interiors and is very spacious at the front and provides ample legroom on both sides. Boot is sufficiently spaced too. Car runs pretty smooth and broad tyres provide good firm grip over the worst of roads, Suspension is good enough and after sales service of Maruti is best in class. A good car is ready to unlock new doors of modern technology. A great car of the west will ignite the same spark in the domestic market for sure.
