Hi Guys, just a few hours ago, I got my hands over the newly launched Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. I must say that it is a wow car in all the prospects. I own a Toyota Fortuner and compared to it, I must say frankly the Pajero Sport is a good outcome, but its cost can be its major setback. I found the leg-room of Pajero Sport bit enhanced than the Fortuner, but its height is marginally lesser than the Fortuner.  

Engine of Pajero Sport is though of 2.5 liter compared to my Fortuner’s 3.0 liter inline, but yes the power seems to quite higher than the Fortuner. If I talk about the stability too, the road grip of this Mitsubishi machine is much better than the Fortuner. Features of both the cars are somewhat the same except the Pajero Sport being blessed with additional HID with auto leveling function, Rear view parking sensor, Multi-mode center information display and Headlamp washers.

From the comfort point of view, I would suggest for Pajero Sport, the 3rd row seat adjustment in Pajero Sport is far better than the Fortuner, also I find the quality of the interiors in this car much better. Interiors have got ample of spaces everywhere to keep the utility stuff and the door inners too have pockets and cup holders.

In my perception both the Pajero and Fortuner have got almost similar and appealing design, but yes the Pajero Sport being the fresh introduction has got a better front and rear profile cosmetically. I think the company could have kept the price of Pajero Sport somewhat similar to the Fortuner, rather than mounting it too high at Rs. 23,53,000 Ex-showroom Delhi.
