Not worth its name the Skoda Rapid
Pros : high mileage
Cons : clearly copied from Volkswagen Vento, stylish and comfortable lack
I have a Skoda Rapid Elegance AT as I have mesmerized by the name of its manufacturers Skoda motors as they have synonymous by high levels of class, luxury and comfort. Now it has been almost around two months since I have this car. And the unlucky part is that now I have been thinking to sell my caw off as I am not very much satisfied by my car. The car is placed at a higher price than it really expects for itself.
The appearance and comfort levels of this car are two of the major areas where this car loses most of its points. And it is the comfort department of this car where it loses its maximum points if you ask me. The seats are not very comfortable as I felt that they were a little hard. And I also felt that this car has a less amount of space for legs in the rear end. This thing can be very uncomfortable for rear seat passengers if I use this car on long journeys. The transmission system of this car is just fine but I feel that it could have been much better and smoother. The car has five speed automatic transmission.
I sometimes find that the design of this car is very much inspired by the Volkswagen Vento in many aspects. As I have earlier said the exterior body of this car is inspired from the Volkswagen Vento but I do not know if it was because of cost cutting or some other reason this car has a more of a muscular built rather than that of a classy or luxury car. I really wish that this car had more of curves and cuts to make this car look more stylish than more bold and robust like it is now. The real saving grace of this car is the high mileage of this car; both inside the city and on the highways.
