Skoda’s mischievous plans to cheat Indians

Pros : Great styling exteriors, comfortable interiors, loads of safety features, spacious and touch screen is very sensitive

Cons : Electronics are faulty and of poor quality, bad customer service, bad fuel efficiency, and ignorance of buyer once vehicle sold

I bought Skoda’s Superb 15 months back because of its great looks, styling, comfort and the loads of safety features like ABS, EBD, and ESP. I thought that it would be a good ride for my family and they will love it but I experienced the complete opposite. The first 2 months were good enough but then I started facing problems with the a/c, car remained for a week in company’s workshop but still rear passengers sweat, I shed 20 lacs for scrap and I regret my decision a lot.

Car betrayed my trust twice on highway and broke down in the middle of nowhere, it’s so heavy that I can’t pull it all by myself and spent my night on a road just imagine and somehow in the morning I managed to toll it to the nearest service station. I complained to company’s engineers and they don’t even bother to listen. I suffered a major gear box problem too and car stopped suddenly on the busy highway these kind of instances can cost our lives too, I was fortunate enough but  my wife sometimes takes it on long drives, it worries me a lot. I have read many Skoda user reviews and they all share the same grievances. In the overall time of 15 months my car spent 3 months in company’s workshop that is Skoda’s engineering and awesome quality.

Overall Superb has given me a hell lot of tension, ruined my peace of mind and swallowed the happiness completely and the beauty is I have paid a huge cost for the same.
