Pros : Very spacious in all rows, good air conditioning for a big bulky wagon, nice fuel economy, powerful noiseless engine, beautiful exteriors and really nice comfortable seats

Cons : Interiors are made up of tacky material, gear shift is not smooth enough and handling at high speeds is not firm

I am a wildlife photographer and my work entails going on long tours on rough, dusty, damp, bumpy roads so a strong rugged vehicle is much of a requirement for me. I have a strong liking for suv’s since childhood and it become a passion when I become young. I am on the way to buy my first suv and have taken test drives for almost all of the available vehicles in 7 to 12 lacs segment, finally my search ended on Sumo Grande.

Extremely spacious car enables to carry all of the stuff, good fuel efficiency and I felt very strong while driving it. Small turning radius for such a big car and always agile car gives great driving experience. Seats are so comfortable that sometimes I sleep inside on long tours. One thing I like about the car is its handling which is great on rough roads and tyres grip are just amazing, enables me to take sharp turns with high speed. Hard hunky strong vehicle is all what I think of, and it’s a true portrait of my expectations. It delivers well on all of these aspects however Sumo logo in the front ruins it beauty and must be replaced with somewhat stylish looking tag.

I am happy about the overall package the big Grande offers but one thing in which it still lacks behind is the material used to build interiors, it is of inferior quality. Smart amendments are required, to make it “A Beauty and the Beast”.
