Poor after-sales services; dadagiri of dealers and no action taken by the Tata Management; poor fuel efficiency and AC cooling; expensive maintenance; average comfort level; weak suspensions; non-availability of parts on time; vast difference between what they commit/show and deliver; Noise in Dashboard and somewhere in Body; Engine Noise while driving in AC; interior specially electrical fixtures and packings are of very low quality; average-wise comparatively poor; no resale value; etc. leaves a customer highly unsatisfactory.
