Poor performance of service centre
Pros : Fuel effiency
Cons : Tata sales after service
Tata motor’s car service centre in some area (like Trivandrum) is very bad. The mechanic of service centres are not perfect. If we report a compliant, they are not skill to find out the exact problem. And the car will delay to more days for return. Then we go to report Tata’s compliant section through web or mail or phone, they register the compliant and give a Reg. No. After this no other response to we from Tata. So we will in trouble

Tata Nano now a popular car
The service by Tata Motors is considered bad, but when it comes to nano concerns a pretty good and prompt one. The look of the car is very cute as we all can see.

ReplyI have seen the very first customer who is having complaint against the service facility from Tata. As I have been heard that they offer very good service.
