Last few years have witnessed dynamic shift towards compact SUV segment in Indian car market which got flourished with launch of Renault Duster, four years back in 2011 by French car maker Renault. The success enjoyed by Renault Duster was a siren that preference of Indian car maker is changing and this can be witnessed from launches of Nissan Terrano and Ford EcoSport in following years. Inspired from the success enjoyed by these compact SUV other major car makers also jumped in battle field to give fire the competition of establishing dominance in compact SUV among these trendsetters. 

 

This can be seen from recent launch of Hyundai Creta by Korean car maker Hyundai Motors and Maruti Suzuki S-Cross of Indo-Japanese car collaboration Maruti Suzuki India Limited. Yesterday one more name has marked its presence in this segment, when domestic car maker Mahindra and Mahindra launched its compact SUV TUV300, giving new dimension to the competition which already was going tough between the existing major players. 

 

This cat fight between the renowned manufacturers has not only opened new option among the buyers but has also made them confused in deciding which is the best compact SUV for them to buy.
