Talking about this 1.6-Lited diesel engine, the Indian market will be seeing this one in the Honda Amaze sedan, which is expected to arrive in India later this year.

Coming back to India bound CR-V, besides the diesel engine, 2013 Honda CR-V will also be offered in two petrol engine options, comprising of 2.0 Litre i-VTEC mill capable of producing 154BHP of power, and the other one will be 2.4-Litre i-VTEC engine that would possess a capacity to churn out 187BHP. The engine will be coupled with six-speed manual gearbox and automatic transmission.

To make the car much more exciting and fresh, 2013 Honda CR-V would be fitted with electric sunroof, a rear view camera and 6.1 inches of multimedia info display in the top end variant.
