16 More COVID-19 Positive Cases Detected At Bidadi Plant Of Toyota India
With 16 new more positive cases of COIVD-19 detected at Toyota Kirloskar Motors, the total number of employees suffering from the corona pandemic has reached 87 in less than a week. The new 16 employees detected had attended the office from 5th August to 12th August 202. According to reports, the Indian alliance of Japanese carmaker has quarantined the suspected employees who had contacted the infected employees after tracing their contact information. The sources of the company said that it will continue its operations ensuring that all the safety measures are followed strictly according to the government guidelines.

Speaking about the employees suffering from the pandemic, the sources of the company said that it will provide complete support and assistance to them during their treatment. In a note, the sources of the company said, "we would like to inform all our stakeholders that we follow the process of disinfecting the workplace daily along with special deep cleaning and disinfection of the affected work area. Going forward and considering the safety and security of its employees and all of its stakeholders as its first and foremost priority in mind, TKM will continue to take all possible preventive and remedial measures to deal with the developing situation and closely work with various stakeholders including the relevant statutory authorities."
Moving ahead, the sources of the company said, that the 89 employees who were found infected from the virus have recovered and are instructed to undergo the home quarantine for 14 days, according to the rules after discharging from the hospital. It would be interesting to know that the management of the company is continuously in contact with the families of the infected employees to support them until the situation improves and they return to home.
