4 Years Standard Warranty, RSA And RSC On Volkswagen Cars
With an objective to offer best customer service experience to its prospective customer's German car maker Volkswagen has offered a bunch of new facilities with effect from January 1, 2019. According to reports the buyers of any of the Volkswagen cars would be offered a four-year standard warranty on all the cars launched under its flagship, free roadside assistance (RSA) and also reduced service cost along with first three services free of cost within the stipulated time. The sources of Volkswagen said that with this offering the company wants to provide more value for money to its customers. It would be interesting to know that prior to this Czech carmaker Skoda, the sister concern of Volkswagen had also announced 4 year/100,000 km warranty as standard facility throughout its portfolio since last year.

With this offering, the buyers of Volkswagen car will be offered 4 years warrant/100,000 km as standard warranty, despite of 2 years warranty/unlimited kilometers, followed by free roadside assistance for the four years. Moving ahead the company has also reduced the service cost up-to 24% on all the cars across the country.
