A new after sales service programme by Mercedes Benz
With an objective of exploring its roots more strongly in Indian car market the German auto giant Mercedes Benz is going to introduce a new assistance program to grab attention of customers towards it. With this company is also going to introduce a new service program under which assistance of experts from Pune will be required through satellite for finding solution of any problem existing in car taking place in any corner of country.
Apart from this service other offers made in My Mercedes program includes 24 hours road assistance to customers followed by booking of their vehicle’s service through smartphones and tablets through quick response code. In words of Mr. Devdutta Chandravarkar, Vice President after sales and retail training, by opening dealership network in II and III tier cities company is concerned to provide its services located in these cities. The technical features mounted in Mercedes Benz’s vehicles are technically advanced and can be repaired only by trained technicians.
Mr. Chandravarkar also added that company has established its National Remote Diagnostic Centre in Pune where experts are working on developing a system by which they can help company’s technicians to solve different issues associated with vehicles in any part of country through satellite. According to Mr. Chandravarkar company is going to expand its dealership network by setting up new dealers in Surat, Ludhiana and Nashik. As reported by Mr. Chandravarkar, company speculates to introduced the satellite service at its 43 centers established in 32 cities.
