Ashok Leyland Stile MPV launch on July 16
Country's heavy duty vehicle maker Ashok Leyland is also going to dive into the passenger vehicle market very soon with launch of their MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicle) Ashok Leyland Stile. As per reports, the new Ashok Leyland Stile launch in India has been set for 16th of July 2013 and the beast will be offered in three fuel options like petrol, diesel and CNG. The new Stile MPV by AS is fully based on the popular MPV, Nissan Evalia and could arrive at a competitive price tag.

In terms of pricing, features and specs the Stile MPV would be an option of Maruti Ertiga, Chevrolet Enjoy, Mahindra Xylo and Nissan Evalia. All the variants of the beast are expected to be offered between Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8 lakh. Its diesel and CNG models are reported to be the most fuel efficient trims in the segment. The diesel fuel run version of the vehicle could power the 1.5 Liter K9K turbo diesel engine from Evalia MPV that churns out peak power of 85 Bhp and massive torque of 200 Nm.
On the other hand, petrol and CNG version of the Stile MPV would be loaded with the 1.2L petrol motor. The company will bring out a dual fuel avatar of the MPV which will be a urban transport solution as a Cab and a delivery Van. Initially, the beast will be offered with a 5 speed manual gearbox.
