Audi launches S5 Sportback, priced Rs. 62.95 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi)
The German auto giant Audi launched 'S5 Sportback' the primary sportback in its segment in India, priced at Rs 62.95 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
The five-door coupe will be available in supercharged 3.0 liter V6 TFSI quattro engine boosting the power of 328.5 bhp and a torque of 440Nm. Mated to a S-tronic dual-clutch transmission. It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph in 5.1 seconds before topping out 250Kmph.
Joe King, Head, Audi India stated that “The Audi S5 Sportback brings cutting edge technology in an efficient, sporty and powerful style while ensuring an exhilarating driving experience with no compromise on fuel efficiency", he also added that model is an extremely attractive proposition for customers desiring sportiness with practicality."
King additionally told that company has many firsts to its credit because they had introduced varied class leading models within the country.
"We introduced the first compact luxury open top convertible the Audi A3 Cabriolet, the limited edition Audi R8 LMX, first super sportscar with an Avant body type, the Audi RS 6 Avant and now the Audi S5 Sportback, will further strengthen our performance car portfolio in India”.
