Audi opens showroom in Kanpur, Lucknow to be next
The tussle between the luxury car giants is soon to intensify. The reason behind this is that all of the three Mercedes Benz, BMW and Audi are taking aggressive stand. Apart from launch of new cars, these car makers have also decided to expand their presence in newer cities in the country. Among the three Audi India has opened a new showroom in Kanpur and soon there will be one in Lucknow. Showcasing the all new Audi R8 Spyder at the occasion, the new showroom is the 22nd showroom in the country of the German car maker.

It is here that the entire range of Audi cars including the Audi Q3 which is creating a buzz in the entry level luxury SUV segment will be showcased. Other best selling cars including the Audi A4 and Audi A6 sedan will also be available for sales along with the entire range of Audi cars available in the country. This is the first showroom in the region and Audi has made an intensive survey before opening the new showroom. It is believed that there is high demand for cars in Uttar Pradesh and specially in Kanpur and Lucknow. Also, the festive season is on and the new showroom expects some good number of cars to be delivered this season.

Already Audi cars are fast selling in huge numbers and the car maker sees a bright future in the country. However the recent slump in demand has to some extent put retarded the growth prospects but the present festive season car buying is expected to recoup the loss. Spread over 4000 sq ft, the showroom will be showcasing some of the best Audi cars and will be selling the entire range of cars. There will be three more showrooms coming up in the country by the year end and this will take the total number of Audi showrooms in India to 25.
