Audi to showcase Audi Q3 RS at Beijing Auto Show
The Audi Q3 is already making buzz in Europe along with its seniors Audi Q5 and Audi Q7 and shaking the turf for BMW X3. Now as per the latest update, the German car maker is soon to unveil the Audi Q3 RS at the Beijing Motor Show next week. The 360 bhp powered Audi Q3 RS will be at the centre stage of Audi pavilion as it has the same engine as that of Audi TT. Meanwhile, India still awaits Audi Q3 after it was unveiled at the Auto Expo held in New Delhi this year. The Rs 25 lakh SUV is expected to rewrite history just as its seniors Audi Q5 and Audi Q7 did. The fourth and the smallest in the series Audi Q1 SUV is also expected in the mid of this year.

The Audi Q3 RS that is going to be showcased at the Beijing Motor Show will be the production ready version and it will be much more powerful than the existing Audi Q3 model. The Audi Q3 RS will be deriving its 2.5 L TFSi petrol engine from Audi TT RS that will give it the exact kick of power of around 360 bhp. With the new powerplant under the bonnet, the Audi Q3 RS will be able to catch 0-100 kmph speed in 5.2 seconds. The Q3 RS model will also have a RS styling and badge on it that will differentiate it from the less powerful Audi Q3 line up.

In addition to the changes under the bonnet, the Audi Q3 RS will also have exterior changes such as there will be new headlights that will be tinted a bit. A new bumper and slight change to the grille is expected on the Audi Q3 Rs model. It is expected that the suspension of the RS Audi Q3 will be lowered by a little 25 mm in order to give it much stability at high speeds. This and lot many other features will be there in the new Audi RS Q3 version that will further add to its off roader nature.
